Pan-Afrikan Reparations Coalition in Europe

In 2001, the Pan-Afrikan Reparations Coalition in Europe (PARCOE) is founded under the joint leadership of Esther Stanford-Xosei and Kofi Mawuli Klu. Since its creation, PARCOE has been involved in a number of important initiatives, such as the legal action undertaken against the British head of state and government in 2003 in collaboration with the Black Quest for Justice Campaign.
