250th anniversary of the Berbice Slave Revolt

In February 2013, during a lecture commemorating the Berbice Slave Revolt of 1763, Sir Hilary Beckles, then principle of the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies, calls upon the Caribbean Community to seek reparations.
