Priscellia Pyhia Robinson is studying full-time for a PhD in Reparative Justice at the University of West London. She is also an activist and a qualified barrister Queens Court Chambers. She recently established a human rights organisation in the UK called Birthmark of Africa, which advocates for Human Rights and Reparative Justice for those of African Descent/Ancestry.
Priscellia Pyhia Robinson has undertaken action as a campaigner and member of BAME Lawyers4Justice. With over 14 years’ worth of experience as a social, cultural and political as activist, she is presently a member of the Human Rights Lawyers' Association (HRLA). In December 2019, she was awarded and became a United Nations Fellow. She has further participated in UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) sessions reviews and in the 2019 CARICOM Session upon international reparations. She has assisted as a volunteer in the early years of the Reparation March in London and continues to attend the yearly march. She is the founder of Reggae Britannia; a UK brand for the promotion of Reggae Music and its entrenched contribution to British culture (as seen on Al Jazeera TV).
