Pan-African Federation

The Pan-African Federation (PAF) was re-formed in 1944 under the presidency of the Dr Peter Milliard with Makonnen (founder of the first PAF in 1936) as its secretary. Its remit was to organize the Fifth Pan-African Congress in Manchester.
